🔄 Returns
We offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at info@wearheaven.com with your order number and reason for return.

All items must be:

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost items.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you without a refund.
